Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. TingoTeams is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Are there any other fees?

No. The prices above are all inclusive. All TingoTeams plans include unlimited jobs and messages. Only the size of your team affects which plan you'll need so you always know how much your up for.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. In fact we even allow you to add more users than your current plan - you'll just need to upgrade before the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We're working on supporting PayPal and all major credit cards.

How secure is my data?

All TingoTeams accounts are password protected and include SSL encryption for your security - the same technology that online banks use to keep your information safe.

Our server farm is hosted in Rackspace's secure data center. You can read about their security here.
